Still warm from the barn directly to the breakfast table – fresh raw milk. Twice daily we milk the herd for this white gold.
Field and garden
Wonderful earth-scented potatoes, old forgotten vegetable varieties, red-white cabbages, shiny onions, colourful herbs and much more thrive in our fertile Antholz / Anterselva soil.
For everything else not produced on our organic farm, we attach great importance to sourcing the freshest and best local ingredients from the direct surroundings.
Also the use of sustainable, local energy has always been a matter of course for us.
